(Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal in the case of a sales contract for the delivery of one or more goods in one shipment)
Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, which is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods;

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bioblo Spielwaren GmbH, Technopark 1 / Objekt C, 3430 Tulln an der Donau, Austria, Tel. +43 (0)2272/20605, E-mail office@bioblo.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mailt) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use this withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send of the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall be obliged to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for the purpose of checking their quality, properties and functioning.
